My first SLR was a Honeywell Pentax Spotmatic – bought at the PX at Lakenheath AFB, England in 1967 at a great military price discount!… while stationed at the Navy Polaris Submarine Base in Holy Loch, Scotland. It was the camera I traveled with throughout the U.K. and western Europe when on leave and long weekends…..including all my trips to Paris, the French countryside…and 3 years each June at the 24 Hours of LeMans race. Sweet, fond memories of my Pentax. Still have it wrapped up in my closet…How could I ever leave it in someone else’s hands…and be so unfaithful to it lol !
love the way you framed this!
Hi. It looks like trigger not ready to snap

Great picture, one that brings back memories. I had one of these babies in the olden days.

My first “own” camera, with a 35mm 3.5, 50mm 1.4 and 105mm 2.8 set of Takumar primes, so gooood.
What a good idea to make use of old gear!
