A Cemetery, Two Abandoned Buildings And A Horse
I got lost on purpose again today, it happens to me once in a while when I need to clear my head. It’s very therapeutic to hit the road and stop randomly to take pictures. Today I visited an old cemetery from the mid-1800s, two abandoned farm buildings and a horse! I had photographed that same horse before, I think he recognized me and ran towards me right away.
Here is the cemetery…
And the horse!
I enjoy this posting a great deal – I’ve been browsing all of your sites – you do very good work. Thanks for sharing.

I love cemeteries. My son and I did the same thing when we where going threw Hayes, Kansas. In that cemetery there are a lot of homemade grave markers. Love your work.

Sorry! I didn’t read the blurb first, but obviously recognized the horse.

Great pics! Tombstones fascinate me and this photo causes me not only to appreciate your artwork, but as well, to think about the personal or family history as well as the way we honor people.

Beautiful! Cemeteries & abandoned houses have such atmosphere & provoke strong imaginings. Wonder if the people who lived in the house ever saw those angles. Different white horse?
