Ordinary Objects are Beautiful Challenge ~ May & June

No worries, I haven’t forgotten to photograph a weekly ordinary object.

Here are the things, among many others, that caught my eye in May and June: A discarded sofa, my hotel room pillows in Canada, a lost toy found on a window sill in the streets of Paris, modern cafeteria patterns, a rooftop view from my bedroom, light on an indoor shutter, balls from a game I never understood and a rope seen at the dock while walking by the lake during the sweet evening light…

  1. I think that of everything you do, it is this ordinary objects project that I enjoy the most. You really make me “see” a lot more around me, as there are so many photo opportunities that go unrecorded because they seem insignificant at first sight. Great work.
