Summer in Normandie

After a few days in Paris teaching, I spent the rest of July at home in Normandy. I taught a private 1:1 workshop for a few days immediately when I arrived and then spent the rest of the month enjoying family, friends and summer.  I never take time off so this was a real treat! The following pics are mostly from Cabourg and other surrounding towns on the coast of Normandy.  You will notice lots of dogs (even a talented pétanque playing dog), quite a few children (after all, it’s summer at the beach) and a few silhouettes…

All candid photographs of everyday moments away from the city captured during my daily walks…

  1. The little Miss strutting in the first image just cracks me up. I like her sauciness. All the way yes that some of your images don’t stick to the rules and they work so well.
