Winter Photo Challenge
Finding subjects of interest in a tundra-like environment can be quite a challenge for any photographer. I love the outdoors, even in extreme temperatures, and I like the challenge… for a while. It’s interesting how you can find things to photograph when you are in a place practically devoid of color and life. Here are a few examples of my discoveries over the past few days…
Covered fox tracks

Wind drifts

It looks like a giant spoon!

Snow on tree bark

Snow covered sumac makes really interesting patterns
